Return and exchange policy

Goods sold are not returned or exchanged, unless as follows:
– If there was a mistake in the order from us, the institution shall bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without the customer incurring any costs.
– If the order is correct based on the customer's request, the customer shall bear all shipping costs to the store's headquarters for returning and retrieving the order, within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us of that.

The customer is not entitled to a return or replacement at all in the event that there is no damage to the product. All products are checked before they leave the store.

If the request is approved through one of the contact numbers shown, the return or exchange policy mentioned above will apply to it.

The order is shipped after the transfer within one day only.

In the event that the order is cancelled before sending, the full amount will be refunded to the customer through the account from which the transfer was made.

Payment and delivery

How long does the order take to arrive?

Shipping takes place from the store within 48 hours, to all governorates of the Sultanate during weekdays, except Friday.

How much are the shipping and delivery costs for the order?

The value of shipping or delivery is 2 Omani riyals, and delivery is made to the door of the house in all governorates and wilayats of the Sultanate, except for Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta. The full cost of shipping will appear on the payment page before completing the order. An additional shipping cost may apply if the order quantity exceeds one bag, payable in cash upon receipt of the order.

What are the places that orders are delivered to?

Shipping and delivery is made to the door of the house in all governorates and states of the Sultanate, except for remote areas.

What happens after paying the amount?
