Goods sold are not returned or exchanged, unless as follows:\n
\u2013 If there was a mistake in the order from us, the institution shall bear the shipping costs of returning and sending the new order without the customer incurring any costs.\n
\u2013 If the order is correct based on the customer's request, the customer shall bear all shipping costs to the store's headquarters for returning and retrieving the order, within a maximum of 2 days from receiving the order and notifying us of that.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

Shipping takes place from the store within 48 hours, to all governorates of the Sultanate during weekdays, except Friday.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n

The value of shipping or delivery is 2 Omani riyals, and delivery is made to the door of the house in all governorates and wilayats of the Sultanate, except for Musandam, Masirah, and Al Wusta. The full cost of shipping will appear on the payment page before completing the order. An additional shipping cost may apply if the order quantity exceeds one bag, payable in cash upon receipt of the order.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
